Aquarium Overflow

4/12/2019 (Permalink)

Set a timer when adding water to your tank!

Aquariums can be peaceful, beautiful and a focal point of a room; however, overflow or leaking can cause major damage to your home or office. We recently cleaned water damage from a 180 gallon salt water tank the homeowner was adding water to  with a hose and forgot.  Small leaks can also cause damage and mold around the tank.  IF you plan to vacation for a long period (even if you have automatic feeders), it's a good idea to have someone check on your tank periodically to ensure there is no water damage to your home.
